Affordable senior housing on South Broad Street in the works– Developers are moving forward with plans to build a five-story building at Broad and Ellsworth streets, next to the National Shrine of St. Rita of Cascia. The building would consist of 46 one-bedroom apartments for senior citizens who qualify. (via Philly.com)
